Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end video production tasks and planning.
• Strong editing skills with cutting, trimming, sequencing and transitions.
• Foundational interest in color grading for visual cohesion.
• Ability to create or integrate motion graphics to clarify concepts.
• Familiarity with common video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and ability to follow briefs and brand guidelines.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and collaborate in a remote team.

Role Description

As a Video Editor Intern at Scalora Academy Pvt Ltd, you will support the production of educational and promotional video content for digital learning platforms. This remote internship role involves assembling raw footage, editing video sequences, applying basic color grading and incorporating motion graphics or graphic elements to enhance learner engagement. You will collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks may include organizing media assets, adapting videos for different platforms, exporting content in appropriate formats and participating in review cycles to incorporate feedback and improve video quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with core video production processes, including planning, organizing footage and supporting end-to-end Video Production tasks.
• Strong skills in Video Editing, including cutting, trimming, sequencing clips and adding sound, transitions and basic effects.
• Foundational experience or interest in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
• Capability to create or integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to clarify concepts and improve visual engagement.
• Familiarity with common video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Interest in EdTech, digital learning, or educational content creation is an added advantage; prior portfolio or sample work is preferred.
