Role Description

This is a full-time Video Editor intern role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the production team by editing video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms using industry-standard editing software. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions, basic color correction, adding motion graphics or text overlays, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and project briefs. The intern will collaborate closely with designers and content creators, organize media assets, export content in required formats, and assist in brainstorming ideas for new video concepts and formats.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage and managing timelines.


• Ability to perform Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look.


• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and social media-friendly elements.


• Proficiency in common editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic familiarity with After Effects or similar software.


• Attention to detail, good sense of pacing and storytelling, and ability to follow creative direction and feedback.


• Effective communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, hybrid environment in Mumbai.


• Relevant coursework, portfolio, or project experience in film, media, design, or related fields is preferred.


• Willingness to learn, adapt to fast-changing digital trends, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines responsibly.
