Responsibilities

• Create at volume: Produce a steady, high-output stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube (hooks, reels, shorts, edits and trend-led pieces).
• Edit to a high bar: Craft pacing, motion, sound design, and finishing details to a premium level.
• Master the toolbox: Work across the AI creative stack and know the right tool for each task.
• Own the output: Take ideas from concept to storyboard to generation to final edit to publish—independently and fast.
• Set the standard: Study what makes top content work and hold our channels to that bar.
