Job summary

Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios in Chennai region seeks an AV Editor to create video content within established templates and frameworks. The role focuses on trailer cutdowns, H1 videos, multi-title assets, and drop-ins, with independent task execution and guidance for complex decisions.

Working primarily in Adobe Premiere, you will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements, motion graphics, animation, and sound design while maintaining high production

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years editing experience in a creative agency or similar production environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities (link required).
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Knowledge of video editing, Photoshop and related tools.
• Attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Experience with asset management and digital media workflows.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools


• - 3-5+ years experience as a editor in a creative agency or similar production environ

• - Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset


• - English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)


• - 3+ years working with Adobe Premiere and After Effects


• - Experience in data asset management, libraries, or digital collections, with ability to research for high quality assets for production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative software, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign at an advanced level


• - Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator


• - Project management background


• - Motion graphics and/or video editing knowledge


• - Understanding of marketing and advertising principles


• - Familiarity with asset management and digital media workflows
