Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing or Graphic Design.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects / Motion Graphics is a plus.
• Hands-on with AI creative tools and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
• Edit educational, promotional and social media content.
• Add transitions, captions, music, sound effects and basic colour correction.
• Create engaging and visually appealing videos.
• Ensure videos are delivered according to deadlines and content requirements.
• Design social media posts, carousels, banners and promotional creatives.
• Create attractive YouTube thumbnails.
• Design posters, announcements and campaign creatives.
• Maintain consistency with the organization's visual identity.
• Convert creative ideas and briefs into high-quality visual content.
• Create AI-generated images and videos for social media and promotional content.
• Use AI tools for visual concepts, image generation, video generation and creative enhancement.
• Develop prompts for AI image and video generation.

About the Role

Quality Education is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Graphic Designer / AI Creative to join our team in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across video editing, graphic designing and AI-powered creative content. The role will involve creating engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, digital campaigns and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.

• Develop effective prompts for AI image and video generation.
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative workflows.
• Combine AI-generated content with professional editing and design.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Video Editing, Graphic Designing or Digital Content Creation.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects / Motion Graphics will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Strong visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and implement feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.

AI Tools

Experience with tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or similar AI tools will be an added advantage.
