Job summary

Consultycs DMCC is hiring an AI Video & Motion Graphics Creator in Mumbai to deliver engaging, AI-driven video content for social media and campaigns. You will independently turn briefs into polished visuals using AI tools and traditional editing workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI-generated video content, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Illustrator. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content.
• Strong portfolio of AI characters, influencers, talking avatars or similar.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for video generation, image generation, voice, lip-sync, and avatar creation.
• Good understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI character, avatar, influencer, and talking-head videos for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop AI-generated visual content from concept to final output, including AI characters, images, video, voice, lip-sync, and animation.
• Work with AI video, image-generation, voice-generation, and avatar tools to create realistic and engaging content.
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, captions, and other visual elements to enhance videos.
• Edit short-form content including Instagram Reels, social media videos, digital ads, and promotional content.
• Translate creative briefs and ideas into compelling visual content with minimal supervision.
• Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and creative formats to continuously improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, short-form video formats, visual styles, and content conventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post‑Production to refine footage, apply effects, and deliver polished final videos.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and AI‑based video tools) is highly beneficial.
• Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate abstract concepts into clear visual narratives are required.
• Experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines is preferred.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Film, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with AI characters, AI influencers, talking avatars, AI-generated social content, or similar work.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for video generation, image generation, voice, lip‑sync, and avatar creation.
• Good understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Good visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to produce polished work.
• Strong understanding of short‑form social media content, including Reels and advertising formats.
• Ability to work independently, interpret briefs, and take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and learning new creative workflows quickly.
• Candidate must be based in Mumbai, India.

Bonus / Nice to Have

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Understanding of typography, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create supporting social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, and other visual assets.

A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share relevant examples of:
