Responsibilities

Videography

• Plan, set up, and execute video shoots (product demos, testimonials, reels, ads, events, interviews).
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio recording, and framing for high-quality output.
• Capture B-roll, behind-the-scenes, and supporting visual assets for campaigns.
• Maintain and manage video gear inventory and ensure equipment is in working condition.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads.
• Apply color correction, audio syncing, transitions, motion graphics, captions, and basic VFX as needed.
• Create multiple versions of videos (different lengths/formats) for various channels and campaigns.
• Organize and maintain video libraries, project files, and asset management systems.

Creative & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with brand guidelines.
• Suggest creative approaches to improve engagement (hooks, pacing, trends, formats).
• Incorporate feedback from clients/internal stakeholders and deliver revisions quickly.
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement) to inform future edits and styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must), After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and audio for shoots.
• Experience editing short-form content (reels, shorts, ads) and long-form (YouTube, explainers).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction from creative leads/clients.
• Portfolio showing diverse video styles (corporate, social, ads, storytelling).
