Job summary

Crafted Pixel Works in Hyderabad is seeking a Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling to join our in-studio team on ongoing commercial, documentary and independent projects. You will edit across brand films, real estate and product videos, balancing rhythm, timing and mood to serve the brief.

The role requires 1–2 years of professional editing experience and proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro, with attention to color and typography.

We’re looking for an editor with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, colour and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands that a good edit is more than putting shots together.

You should be able to understand the story, intention and mood behind a film and make editing decisions around them. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual sense, an eye for detail and the patience to refine work until it feels right.

You’ll work across brand films, architecture and real estate films, documentaries, product films, interviews and short-form content produced by Crafted Pixel Works.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of professional video editing experience
• Strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of colour correction and colour grading
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and music
• Good eye for typography, composition and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of sound and how it contributes to an edit
• Ability to understand the intention behind a video rather than simply following instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised project and media management
• Willingness to learn, experiment and improve the work

Knowing Resolve or Premiere isn’t enough.

We care about whether you can look at footage, understand what the film is trying to communicate and make thoughtful decisions about what stays, what goes, where to slow down and when to let a moment breathe.

We’re looking for an editor who cares about the final film.
