This fully remote role requires collaboration with the creative team, strong storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or similar is essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating both traditional and AI-assisted edits.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, YouTube and client campaigns.
• Handle full edits: cut, pacing, color, audio, captions, basic graphics.
• Use AI tools to speed up workflows (auto-captions, AI voiceovers, background removal, upscaling).
• Create AI-generated visuals, B-roll and avatar videos as needed.
• Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts and ad cuts.
• Stay updated with new AI video tools and integrate useful ones.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Video Editor & AI Specialist who is equally strong at traditional editing and AI-powered video creation. You’ll produce high-performing content for our clients’ brands, combining editing craft with the latest AI tools to deliver faster and smarter. This is a fully remote role requiring strong collaboration with the creative team and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, YouTube and client campaigns
• Handle the full edit: cutting, pacing, color correction, audio cleanup, captions and basic graphics
• Use AI tools to speed up workflows (auto-captions, AI voiceovers, background removal, upscaling, script-to-video)
• Create AI-generated visuals, B-roll and avatar videos where the project needs them
• Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts and ad cuts
• Keep up with new AI video tools and bring useful ones into our workflow
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of video editing experience at a marketing or digital agency (required)
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, CapCut, Descript, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Pika, Kling or similar
• Strong portfolio showing both traditional and AI-assisted edits (required)
• Understanding of social media trends, hooks and retention-focused editing
• Good storytelling sense and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver quickly without losing quality
