Job summary

GREYROCK REAL ESTATE is seeking a creative Videographer & Video Editor to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across social media and marketing channels. You will manage planning, filming, and post-production, ensuring brand-consistent visuals and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, stays updated on trends, and can handle multiple projects from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, advertisements, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio recording, and editing.
• Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and social-media clips.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and other post-production elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver videos accordingly.
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments for new video projects.
• Maintain and organize video footage, project files, assets, and equipment.
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Stay updated on video-production techniques, editing trends, social-media formats, and emerging creative tools.
• Coordinate video shoots with internal teams, talent, locations, and external vendors when required.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high production standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film, Mass Communication, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Experience creating content specifically for social-media platforms.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, composition, and pacing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a creative team.
• Good time-management and project-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and external audio equipment.
• Knowledge of social-media trends and content performance.
• Basic graphic-design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Experience with AI-assisted video and creative-production tools.
