You’ll be responsible for translating strategy into compelling video narratives, motion systems, and visual stories that drive brand love and conversion alike. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, confidence in your craft, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Brand Storytelling: Craft fresh, scalable video narratives, motion identities, and visual storytelling frameworks that resonate across platforms—social, web, ads, and product experiences.
• Video & Motion Production: Edit high-impact brand films, performance ads, reels, explainers, and product videos with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional pull.
• Creative Collaboration: Work side‑by‑side with strategists, copywriters, marketers, and designers to execute video projects end‑to‑end—from concept to final delivery.
• Post‑Production Ops: Maintain and evolve video templates, motion styles, and asset libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed across teams.
• Trend Hunting: Stay sharp on video trends, motion styles, platform formats, and new editing tools; proactively bring inspiration and innovation to the table.
• Ownership mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you lead.
• Ability to switch contexts seamlessly: social edits today, brand film tomorrow.
