Job summary

Koffeetech Communications is seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling videos for social platforms, ads, and campaigns. You will enhance storytelling with music, graphics, transitions, and animations while ensuring brand-aligned outputs.

You will collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams, manage project files, and stay on top of platform-specific formats and deadlines. Portfolio is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio/showreel.
• Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, campaigns, reels, and long-form content.
• Add music, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to follow briefs and brand guidelines.
• Ensure smooth cuts, color correction, audio improvements, and production quality.
• Maintain an organized media library and manage project files efficiently.
• Stay updated with trending editing styles and platform requirements.

• Ensure smooth cuts, color correction, audio enhancement, and overall production quality.
• Maintain an organized media library and manage project files efficiently.
• Stay updated with trending editing styles, formats, and platform-specific requirements.
• Execute revisions and deliver final videos within deadlines.
• Support in creating motion graphics and basic animations when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (Portfolio or showreel mandatory).
• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (basic motions preferred).
• Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
