Job summary

Amaha invites a skilled Video Editor to shape raw footage from our centers, clinicians, and clients into emotionally compelling stories for our platforms.

You will guide structure, pacing, tone, and retention for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels, working with the Creative Director and Videographer to ensure outputs align with brand depth and audience psychology.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional editing experience.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is an advantage).
• A clear understanding of current social media video formats and platform-specific requirements.
• An eye for detail and a genuine interest in mental health conversations.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into finished videos for various platforms
• Manage multi-camera podcast edits, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging pacing
• Cut and format short-form content tailored for social platforms (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts)
• Collaborate on explainer videos by incorporating basic text treatments, motion graphics, and sound design
• Apply standard colour correction and audio mixing to ensure high-quality output
• Organise project files, manage media assets, and maintain version control

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who owns the narrative.

You will transform raw footage from our centers, clinicians, and clients into emotionally compelling, platform-optimized stories. You will not just assemble content: you will shape structure, pacing, tone, and retention. This role requires strong storytelling instinct, platform fluency, and the ability to elevate footage into polished, high-performing content across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and Videographer to ensure every output is aligned with brand depth, audience psychology, and commercial objectives.
