• Education or training in film, media, design or related field; portfolio/showreel required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit video content for campaigns, social media, ads, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, cutting and refining sequences, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves color grading, basic sound syncing, and integrating motion graphics or static graphics into videos. The Video Editor will manage project files, maintain organized asset libraries, collaborate on creative concepts, and meet production timelines for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage and refining narrative flow.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for integrating text, logo elements, and visual assets into video content.
• Hands‑on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and contribute visual ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
