Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into engaging high-quality video content in alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
• Performing colour correction, grading; adding sound effects and visuals that enhance visual communication.
• Work closely with vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure quality output.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, programme and leadership teams to produce videos that align with the organisation's brand tone.
• Ideate creative concepts, visual styles and assist in script visualization that align with project narratives, CSR themes, and impact storytelling.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms and adapt into different formats.
• Stay updated with design trends, impact communication best practices, and new digital tools.
• Organize, maintain and archive video footage, project files and media libraries ensuring proper backup.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Multimedia, Broadcasting or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• AI conversant in softwares like Kling, NanoBanana to name a few.
• Strong understanding of visual composition with a fresh approach to videos.
• Highly creative and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate with cross functional teams.
