Job summary

Ira Hospitality is seeking a skilled video editor to produce performance-driven video assets for ads, social media, and brand campaigns in Hyderabad. You will edit reels, long-form content, and short-form cuts, adding motion graphics and subtitles to optimize retention and platform performance.

Work closely with the performance team and Creative Director to ensure storytelling coherence and high-quality outputs across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• Edit reels, ads, explainer videos, testimonials.
• Create performance ad variations.
• Add motion graphics and subtitles.
• Optimize for retention and platform algorithms.
• Coordinate with the Creative Director for storytelling structure.
• Edit long-form (30–60 mins).
• Create short-form cuts (30–90 seconds).

Responsibilities

• Produce video assets for ads, social media, and brand films.
• Improve watch time and CTR through edits.
• Collaborate with the performance team on ad creatives.
• Apply transitions, hooks, SFX, and subtitles.
• Deliver optimized content for various platforms.

Salary Bandwidth: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
