About the Role

At Mint Money, we are redefining how millions of Indians understand personal finance, investing, and lending. We are looking for a creative powerhouse—a Senior Motion & Video Producer / Designer—who can translate intricate financial concepts, macroeconomic data, and loan/investment mechanics into stunning, highly engaging visual stories.

Whether it is an asset-backed lending explainer, a market-trend reel, or a premium product launch video, you will own the creative pipeline from conceptualization and motion design to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Video Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, design, and animate high-retention video content (explainer videos, social-first reels/shorts, product walk-throughs, and ad campaigns).
• Advanced Motion Graphics: Create premium typography, 2D/3D infographics, dynamic charts, and character animations that make dry financial/lending data visually compelling.
• Brand Language Custodian: Define and evolve the visual identity, motion guidelines, and video templates for Mint Money across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our native apps.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with FinTech product managers, content strategists, and marketing teams in Gurgaon to brainstorm campaign ideas and mentor junior video editors/designers.
• Performance-Driven Iteration: Analyze viewer drop‑off metrics and CTRs alongside growth teams to constantly tweak hook styles, pacing, and thumbnail designs.

Core Competencies & Requirements

• Experience: 4–12 years of hands‑on experience in video production and motion design, ideally within a FinTech, Neo‑Bank, Financial Service, or Premium Digital Media ecosystem.
• Software Toolset: Absolute mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a massive advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of color grading, sound design/audio mixing, kinetic typography, and multi-format exporting (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
• FinTech Fluency: A keen interest in or understanding of basic finance/lending concepts (e.g., interest rates, mutual funds, credit scores, personal finance).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio: A mandatory, standout showreel/portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, fluid motion transitions, and clean data visualization.
