Job summary

Habuild Healthtech Private Limited seeks a hands-on Videographer + Video Editor to own video production from planning to final delivery in Gurgaon (on-site). You will shoot and edit content across internal branding, community work, ads, and offline events, while integrating AI-assisted workflows for faster, higher quality outputs.

You will contribute ideas during script development, manage shoot logistics, and support multiple teams with fast-turnaround content while staying ahead of AI trends

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for internal comms, community initiatives, ads, and events.
• Contribute creative ideas during script and content ideation across teams.
• Plan shoot logistics, including setup, props, food, and on-ground needs.
• Handle ad-hoc content requests from different departments monthly.
• Support offline shoots and events as required.
• Serve as backup videographer/editor for other content needs.
• Use AI-powered editing tools to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
• Apply AI capabilities for auto-captioning, subtitles, transcription, and thumbnail generation.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows for idea generation, scripting, and content repurposing.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Videographer + Video Editor who can independently own video production from planning to final delivery. This role requires strong execution skills, creative input, and the ability to handle dynamic, fast-turnaround content across teams.

You will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, ideation, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for internal communication, community initiatives, ads, and events
• Actively contribute creative ideas during script and content ideation discussions across teams
• Manage shoot arrangements including setup, props, food, and basic on-ground logistics
• Handle ad-hoc content requests per month from different departments
• Support offline shoots and events as required
• Act as a backup videographer/editor for other content needs when needed

AI-Driven Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered video editing tools to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools for auto-captioning, subtitle generation, and transcription.
• Utilize AI-based tools for thumbnail generation, background cleanup, noise reduction, and video enhancement.
• Support AI-assisted workflows for idea generation, script refinement, and content repurposing.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools in video production and editing to improve productivity and output quality.
• Experiment with AI-based content formats such as AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, and smart editing templates when relevant.

Others

• Video editing for short-form and long-form content for Habuild’s social platforms, primarily supporting the Gurgaon team (~30 videos per month)
• Shoot and edit performance videos, internal/community content, offline events, and meet-ups as required (including travel for offline shoots, if needed)
• Shoot and edit minimum 30 short-form videos per month (YouTube Shorts and similar vertical formats)
• Work with the Nagpur content team from the Gurgaon office for editing.
• Actively contribute creative ideas during script writing and content ideation discussions
• Manage end-to-end shoot arrangements, including setup, props, food, and basic logistics
• Handle 5–6 ad-hoc content requests per month from other internal teams
• Act as a backup videographer/editor for other projects whenever required

AI Skills (New Addition)

• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools (e.g., auto-editing, smart cuts).
• Experience using AI tools for:
  • Auto-captioning and subtitles
  • Video upscaling and enhancement
  • Background removal and noise cleanup
  • Thumbnail or visual generation
• Ability to use AI tools for content ideation and scripting assistance.
• Awareness of emerging AI trends in video production and content workflows.
• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.
• Ability to leverage AI tools across the video production lifecycle—from ideation to final output—enhancing efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong understanding of motion, pacing, and narrative, with the ability to use AI tools to elevate storytelling and create engaging visual content.
• A proactive mindset towards exploring, testing, and adopting emerging AI tools and workflows to continuously improve creativity and productivity.
