The role requires strong storytelling, proficiency in industry standard tools, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, interviews, event videos, and social media content.
• Convert raw footage into polished videos with effective storytelling and smooth transitions.
• Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, text overlays, sound effects, music, and visual effects where required.
• Perform basic color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and synchronization.
• Create short-form content optimized for social media engagement and retention.
• Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and content calendars.
• Repurpose long-form videos, interviews, webinars, and podcasts into engaging short-form content.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication style.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media trends, AI tools, transitions, effects, and content formats.
• Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, graphics, audio files, and other creative assets.

The ideal candidate should have strong video editing and storytelling skills, a good understanding of social media content, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and professional videos.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, social media, design, and leadership teams to create high-quality video content for social media, corporate branding, promotional campaigns, events, interviews, and other digital platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, corporate videos, and promotional content.
• Good understanding of audio editing, color correction, and color grading.
• Knowledge of social media video specifications and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered video editing and content creation tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand briefs and independently turn ideas into engaging visual content.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience in video editing/content creation.
• Experience working with technology, IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity brands will be an advantage.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous video editing work is mandatory.
