Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.
• Create Instagram Reels and social media videos.
• Work with raw footage, screen recordings, images, music, voiceovers.
• Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, text, subtitles, SFX, and VFX.
• Transform briefs into engaging visual stories.
• Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement.
• Maintain brand guidelines in typography, colours, and visual style.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams.
• Manage video assets and project files efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our team as a full-time employee.

This role is ideal for a fresher with a strong eye for visual storytelling, editing, motion graphics, and social media content. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to create engaging videos across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.
• Create Instagram Reels, social media videos, promotional videos, product videos, explainers, and other digital content.
• Work with raw footage, screen recordings, images, music, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
• Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, text, subtitles, sound effects, and visual effects.
• Understand creative briefs and transform ideas into engaging visual stories.
• Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, and audio enhancement.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colours, and visual style.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams.
• Manage video assets, project files, and deliverables efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.

• Knowledge of different video formats and aspect ratios for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to edit content based on feedback and make revisions efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of colour grading and sound design.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Knowledge of AI-powered video and creative tools.
• Basic knowledge of 3D, animation, or visual effects.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and editing styles.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Candidates with a background in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Design, Film, Media, or related fields are preferred.
• Self-taught video editors with strong skills and a good portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating visually engaging content. While this is a fresher-level role, the candidate should have a good understanding of professional video editing tools and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
