Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end editing of marketing, branding, and social media video content, including cutting footage, structuring narratives, and refining pacing to match campaign objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative strategists and content teams, implementing motion graphics and visual effects, and applying color grading to maintain a premium and consistent brand look. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, adapting formats for various social media channels, and ensuring all outputs align with KP Creatives' quality standards and client guidelines. The Video Editor is expected to stay current with digital trends, editing techniques, and AI-assisted workflows to enhance productivity and creative impact.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end projects for digital and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to create consistent, premium visual aesthetics that support brand positioning.
• Ability to design and implement Motion Graphics and Graphics for intros, transitions, titles, and social media assets.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software).
• Understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with strategists, designers, and marketing teams on-site.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating previous video work is required.
