Job summary

Eplanet Soft is seeking a creative Video Content Creator & Editor to manage the entire video content process from concept to final output. The role covers shooting, editing, storytelling, and producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, websites, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promos.
• Create long-form videos including interviews, podcasts, explainers, product videos, corporate videos, case studies.
• Convert ideas, scripts, and raw footage into polished final videos.
• Work on hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, captions, sound, music, and visual flow.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, VFX, lower thirds, and branded elements.
• Edit videos for platform specs and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and leadership to develop concepts.
• Support scripting, storyboard development, and shot planning.
• Record videos using cameras, smartphones, mics, lighting, and gear.
• Maintain brand consistency across video content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shooting, editing, storytelling, short-form content, corporate videos, social media videos, motion graphics, and AI-assisted video workflows.

We are looking for someone who understands not only how to edit videos, but also how to create content that captures attention, communicates ideas clearly, and performs well across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, websites, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Produce short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional clips.
• Create long-form videos including interviews, podcasts, explainers, product videos, corporate videos, and case studies.
• Convert ideas, scripts, and raw footage into polished and engaging final videos.
• Work on video hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, captions, sound, music, and visual flow.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, visual effects, lower thirds, and branded elements where required.
• Edit videos according to different platform specifications and aspect ratios.
