Job summary

Spinta Digital is seeking a passionate Video Editor to blend creativity with marketing insight and bring ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling.

You will edit social-ready videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, crafting Reels, Shorts and ad creatives that capture attention and drive results. This role requires strong pacing, color, and audio skills and a willingness to experiment with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong marketing sense and ability to create scroll-stopping content.
• Experience with social platforms Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts and performance marketing ad creatives.
• Edit founder branding videos, podcasts, interviews and thought leadership content.
• Produce engaging corporate videos, testimonials, product demos and case studies.
• Create motion graphics, typography animations and visual effects where required.
• Perform colour correction, audio enhancement and sound design.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists and performance marketers.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
• Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines.
• Organize project files and maintain editing workflows.
• Meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual composition.
• Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Ability to edit videos optimized for paid advertising.
• Understanding of different aspect ratios and platform specifications.
• Basic colour grading and audio mixing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

• Blender or Cinema 4D
• AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Sora or similar
• AI voice generation and lip-sync tools
• Motion graphics and animation
