EC-Council Group is seeking a talented video creator to conceptualize and produce marketing videos, promos, and explainers. You will translate briefs into engaging concepts, manage the full production cycle, and deliver high-quality content across digital channels.

Featuring expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-driven workflows, you will craft stories with strong hooks, pacing, and visual polish while maintaining brand consistency across formats.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in video creation, editing, or motion design within marketing/creative teams.
• Strong portfolio with marketing videos, social content, and motion graphics.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience using AI tools in video workflows.
• Ability to craft hooks, pacing, typography, and sound to tell a compelling story.
• Sound design, color correction, and delivery across formats.

• Conceptualize and create marketing videos, including promotional videos, digital ads, product explainers, launch teasers, and short-form social content.
• Translate marketing briefs, product information, and campaign objectives into engaging video concepts with clear messages and strong visual hooks.
• Manage the video creation process from concept development and asset sourcing to editing, sound design, and final delivery.
• Produce videos using a mix of live footage, motion graphics, animation, stock assets, screen recordings, and AI-generated visuals.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on proficiency in AI video and creative tools such as Google Flow, Higgsfield, Synthesia, and similar platforms to produce high-quality marketing content.
• Apply AI tools throughout the video creation process, including concept visualization, prompt development, visual and video generation, avatar creation, voice overs, captioning, and editing. Refine outputs to ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and production quality.
• Create platform-specific versions with appropriate aspect ratios, pacing, captions, and calls to action.
• Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and tone across all video content.
• Present concepts and drafts to stakeholders, explain creative choices, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects, meet delivery timelines, and maintain an organized library of project files and reusable assets.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, models, and creative techniques. Evaluate new capabilities and integrate them into workflows to improve creative output, production efficiency, and turnaround time.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in video creation, editing, or motion design, preferably within a marketing team, creative agency, or digital content environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts, marketing videos, social content, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent professional tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools within video production workflows, with the ability to refine outputs into polished, usable content.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, including an understanding of hooks, pacing, composition, typography, and sound.
• Working knowledge of sound design, audio cleanup, and color correction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.

A portfolio featuring marketing videos, digital ads, explainers, or short-form content is a must.
