Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AVP/ Vice President/ SVP for Debt Syndication to lead and execute complex debt transactions.

The candidate will build relationships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions, originate deals, and oversee end-to-end execution, including negotiations and due diligence. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance and structured financing, with a proven track record in closing funding arrangements

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance and structured financing.
• Proven track record in leading debt transactions and closing funding deals.
• Strong relationship-building with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage end-to-end deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt syndication transactions, including structuring and execution.

• Market services to internal partners and external clients; develop networks.
• Develop relationships with wholesale lenders Banks, NBFCs and foreign lenders.
• Handle corporate database and adhere to defined timelines.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.

Job description

AVP/ Vice President/ SVP - Debt Syndication. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance and structured financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead debt syndication transactions, including structuring and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Originate and execute deals in corporate and structured finance.
• Negotiate and close funding agreements with lenders.
• Conduct credit analysis and due diligence.
• Raising / arranging capital and placement of debt securities to investors
• Work on a wide range of assignments/transactions, from ideation and initial client pitches through transaction closings, and other strategic advisory services.
• Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions including investor reachout and pitches, negotiation of terms, working with third-party service providers like lawyers, valuers, due- diligence agencies, etc, advise and finalization of definitive documents, closing, etc
• Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide transaction structure
• Ability to market services both to internal partners and external clients, develop and maintain client networks across various sectors, and support client acquisition efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with Wholesale lenders Banks, NBFCs and Foreign lenders
• Conversant with handling corporate database and adherence to defined timelines for delivery
• Strong analytical abilities with knowledge of industry and companies
