Job summary

The role demands strong SQL, Python or R, expertise in machine learning, and hands-on experience with large-scale financial data and SME lending.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Analytics, SME Risk Management, or Credit Policy.
• Strong experience in SME/MSME lending, credit risk, and cash-flow underwriting.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
• Experience with large-scale financial and alternative data.
• Strong understanding of Fintech lending, B2B credit, banking, NBFC, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Proven leadership experience with measurable business/P&L impact.
