Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in cash flow modeling to support transaction analysis, valuation, and deal structuring. Proficient in preparing teasers, information memorandums, and pitch books for M&A advisory mandates. Hands‑on experience in transaction execution across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence and documentation support. Ability to lead West India go‑to‑market initiatives with a strong focus on deal origination and market positioning. Working knowledge of the real estate sector, including developer landscape across Mumbai and Pune, is highly desirable.
