PFI Innovation Centre India seeks a senior executive to lead the Finance Technology organization in India, shaping roadmaps and delivering on investment, actuarial, treasury, procurement and payment platforms. • you will lead the Finance Technology team in India and collaborate with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and Finance professionals to define the roadmap and drive delivery for Investment, Actuarial, Treasury, Procurement & Payment and Finance technology teams. You will work with finance and technology teams to identify, develop and deliver solutions that help us achieve business objectives. Your leadership, expertise in product management and analytics, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with agile methodologies will drive innovative products and services that enhance customer satisfaction and results.
• Leading the Financial Management Technology organization in India, providing guidance and direction to teams supporting Enterprise Investment Technology, Actuarial Technology, Treasury, Payment and Procurement Platforms, and Expense, Forecast and Finance Technology.
• Driving execution and delivery on the product roadmaps by working with product owners and business areas to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests and drive subsequent delivery.
• Ensuring alignment of product features and stories
• Communicating frequently with business stakeholders to ensure engagement and buy-in on decisions and proposed solutions
• Leading discussions and driving decisions around technology options
• Building and driving ongoing development of PFI Innovation Centre Finance Technology teams responsible for Finance Technology enhancements, initiatives and ongoing BAU support.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics; or experience in related fields
• 10-15 years of experience in leadership and driving the delivery of complex financial services technology solutions
• Demonstrated knowledge and leadership in agentic AI concepts and frameworks, with the ability to design, guide, and implement AI-driven solutions that leverage autonomous agents to enhance business and technology outcomes
• Experience in working with DevOps automation tools & practices; knowledge of full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Software/systems engineering background, knowledge of core Finance processes. Experience working in Insurance, Financial Services and/or Capital Markets industries a strong plus
• Expert knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
• Lead and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
