• Ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality; optimize resource allocation.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Work with CFO on budgets and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Stay updated on technologies and drive adoption for efficiency.

A VP for TaskUS BPO operation plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. This position focuses on ensuring that the company's overall operation and direction is aligned with its business goals and that the path vision and growth is promising and productive.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President (VP) to join our Senior Leadership team. The VP will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our BPO business, ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Collaborate with the COO and other executive team members to develop and implement the company's overall business strategy
• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the BPO sector
• Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all service lines and locations
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and best practices
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to meet client demands and business objectives
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations
• Address and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively
• Financial Management:
• Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage operational budgets
• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
• Technology and Innovation:
• Stay abreast of technological advancements in the BPO industry
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of BPO-specific software and tools
• Human Resources and Talent Management:
• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Foster a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement and performance
• Oversee training and development programs to ensure a highly skilled workforce
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain robust risk management strategies
• Oversee data security and privacy measures to protect client information
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics across all operational areas
• Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure operational resilience in the face of potential disruptions
