Job summary

Virtuous Advisors & Resources Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai seeks a Vice President- DCM to lead the Debt Capital Markets function.

You will structure and execute DCM transactions for top clients, while building and guiding a team of managers, ensuring adherence to regulatory and documentation standards. Responsibilities include coordinating pre- and post-issue activities, liaising with regulators and exchanges, and delivering strategic advisory within a fast-evolving market environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in capital markets.
• Experience in structuring and executing debt capital market transactions.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and Companies Act.

Responsibilities

• Structuring and execution of Debt Capital Markets transactions for target clients.
• Developing and managing a team of managers in DCM.
