Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Mumbai is seeking a Business Lead, Intelligent Creativity to build and scale the next chapter of content production. You will own the growth agenda for Intelligent Creativity—driving adoption of Agentic AI solutions, creating new client opportunities, and unlocking cross-sell and upsell across existing Publicis Groupe relationships.

You will operate at the intersection of CMOs, CEOs, creative leaders and technology teams, translating emerging tech into business outcomes.

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead high-value conversations around transformation, creativity and technology.
• Drive revenue, pipeline, profitability and overall business performance for Intelligent Creativity offerings.
• Build and inspire a high-performing, future-ready team with strong innovation and execution bias.
• Collaborate with Creative and Media agencies across Publicis Groupe to identify opportunities and develop integrated solutions.
• Stay ahead of AI, data, content and technology trends to evolve propositions and go-to-market approaches.
• Represent Publicis Production externally and position Intelligent Creativity as a differentiated, technology-led growth proposition.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Lead, Intelligent Creativity to build and scale the next chapter of content production at Publicis.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business, creativity, technology and AI. You will own the growth agenda for Intelligent Creativity—driving adoption of our internally built Agentic AI solutions, creating new client opportunities, and unlocking cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing Publicis Groupe relationships.

You will operate comfortably at the intersection of CMOs, CEOs, Creative leaders, Media leaders and technology teams, bringing the executive presence and commercial instinct to turn emerging technology into meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Own:

• Business & Growth : Own the growth agenda for Intelligent Creativity across existing and new clients, driving upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities.
• AI & Technology: Champion our internally sanctioned Agentic AI capabilities and translate emerging technologies into scalable client propositions and solutions.
• Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CMOs, CEOs and business leaders, and confidently lead high-value conversations around transformation, creativity and technology.
• P&L / Commercial Ownership: Drive revenue, pipeline, profitability and overall business performance for the Intelligent Creativity offering.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead and inspire a high-performing, hungry and future-ready team with a strong bias for innovation and execution.
• Groupe Collaboration: Work closely with Creative and Media agencies across Publicis Groupe to identify opportunities, develop integrated solutions and unlock new business.
• Innovation & Adaptability : Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI, data, content and technology landscape and continuously evolve the proposition, operating model and go-to-market approach.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Publicis Production externally and help position Intelligent Creativity as a differentiated, technology-led growth proposition.

What We’re Looking For:

• A senior business, growth, transformation, consulting or production leader with a strong understanding of the creative/content ecosystem.
• Proven experience in building businesses, driving revenue and developing senior client relationships.
• A genuine technology-first and AI-native mindset—someone who sees technology as a business enabler, not simply a tool.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, shape and close opportunities.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with confidence engaging CEOs, CMOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Highly adaptive, curious and comfortable operating in ambiguity and constant change.
• Ability to navigate and influence across a complex matrix, with strong collaboration skills across Creative, Media, Production and Technology.
• Someone who is hungry to build, experiment and scale, rather than simply manage an established business.
