Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining uptime of all software and hardware
2. Troubleshooting issues related to all hardware and software
3. Maintenance of anti-virus and ensuring that the anti-virus patches are regularly updated
4. Updating Operating system patches
5. Keeping track of license expiry
6. Maintaining data back-up of the entire end-users of all crucial departments
7. Maintaining and pooling of software(s)
8. Managing the telecom technology (with vendor assistance)
9. Managing and maintaining passive networking
10. Managing internet services
11. Managing all documents related to IT department (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, service reports)
12. Maintaining IT checklists on a regular basis
13. Asset tagging and tracking
14. Maintenance and regular updation of IT asset register and provide the same to the centre head and functional head
15. Training end-users to manage the systems and services

Qualifications: Any graduate / Post graduate

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in ERP SYSTEM based on VB, ASP.NET, C#, .NET, and SQL Server & Networking

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
