We are looking for aspiring Vibe Coders (AI-First Developers) who love building products with AI and modern development tools. We're not just looking for people who can write code—we're looking for builders who can transform ideas into working products, leverage AI effectively, and create meaningful impact through technology.

In this role, you'll build and ship AI-powered applications, web products, automations, integrations, internal tools, and rapid prototypes that solve real business problems. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle—from idea validation and development to deployment and optimization—using AI as a force multiplier to accelerate execution and innovation.

Responsibities We'll Trust You With

• Product Development: Build and ship web applications, AI-powered tools, and business solutions from concept to deployment. You'll work across the stack to transform ideas into functional, scalable products that deliver real value.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, solve problems, and improve productivity. You'll learn to effectively guide, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs to produce reliable, high-quality solutions.
• Integrations & Automation: Develop API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows that connect platforms, streamline operations, and eliminate manual processes. You'll work with modern SaaS tools and services to create seamless digital experiences.
• Quality & Optimization: Write clean, maintainable code while debugging issues, improving performance, and enhancing application reliability. You'll contribute to building products that are scalable, efficient, and user-focused.
• Ownership & Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. You'll take ownership of assigned projects, proactively solve challenges, and contribute ideas that help move products and the business forward.

Core Competencies

• 0–1 year of experience through personal projects, internships, freelance work, academic projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building products.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, React.js and/or Next.js, with a good understanding of APIs and full-stack application development.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot, including familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM workflows, and AI-assisted development practices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases, along with an understanding of data modeling, application architecture, and performance optimization concepts.
• Working knowledge of Git, GitHub, CI/CD fundamentals, and deployment platforms such as Vercel, Docker, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
