Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs in Haryana is seeking a Technical and Administrative head for the Lab, overseeing technical aspects and day-to-day administration. You will calibrate instruments, run controls to ensure accurate results, and supervise technicians to maintain quality and timely reports.

The role requires leadership in lab operations, inventory control, and cost management within budget, with responsibilities toward NABL audits and corporate coordination to ensure growth and superior customer

Qualifications

• Experience in Veterinary Pathology and lab operations is essential.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day administration and calibration of instruments.

Responsibilities

• Take charge as Technical and Administrative head of the Lab.

• Strictly monitor quality control of all tests conducted.
• Ensure hassle-free lab operations and control on TAT.
• Ensure accurate testing, validation, and timely release of reports.
• Efficient inventory control and cost management within budget.
• Prepare the lab for NABL audits and other applicable audits.
• Interact with Head of Lab Operations and corporate office on lab issues.
• Drive overall growth of the lab and ensure delightful customer experience.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• To take charge as Technical and Administrative head of the Lab.
• You shall look after the various technical aspects of the laboratory and supervise day-to-day administration, such as timely calibration of the various instruments installed, running of the controls to ensure accurate results of the samples tested, daily maintenance of the machines for which the concerned engineer are to be contacted on a need basis.
• You shall strictly monitor Quality control of all tests conducted.
• You shall ensure hassle-free Lab Operations and control on TAT
• Ensure accurate testing, validation, timely release of reports, and efficient inventory control.
• Guiding the Technicians and other staff members of the Lab.
• Keeping the cost of operation of the lab, under budgeted limits.
• Preparing the lab for NABL audit and any other audits as applicable.
• Interaction with the Head of lab Operations and the corporate office for issues related to the Lab.
• You shall ensure the overall growth of the Lab and delightful customer Experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 0 - 4 years experience in Veterinary Pathology.
• Qualification: M.V. Sc.
