  1. 60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails & webchats
  2. Confident of communicating with international clients (neutral accent)
  3. Negotiation skills, planning, and time management skills are a must
  4. Proficiency in MS Office to prepare and maintain basic reports; keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers

Requirements:
  1. Candidate should have 0-6 months experience in customer service or sales industry
  2. Graduate from any stream is a must
  3. Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude and a technical bent of mind
  4. Excellent inter-personal, communication, and analytical skills (written and verbal)
  5. Should be flexible to work for late evening hours
