The Principal IT Application Analyst should be a strong, multi-faceted Data & Analytics professional with hands-on experience across traditional, hybrid, and new-age Data & Analytics platforms. This role involves architecting, designing, developing, testing, and implementing the data-value chain—transforming data into actionable insights using multiple platforms and tools. The candidate will ensure the ongoing maintenance of Oracle data warehouse, ETL, and reporting tools including Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Additionally, transitioning to Microsoft Azure platforms using Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse is part of this role. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with US-based managers, architects, business leads, and IT teams to understand and implement business requirements. Required Skills:

• Excellent technical and analytical skills with understanding of IT applications landscape & data integrations, including data lifecycle, acquisition, integration, modeling, governance, and reporting. Proven experience in end-to-end DWH/BI platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand processes and reporting needs.
• Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in IT/DWH/BI/Analytics applications, including at least 4+ years designing and developing ETL workflows using Oracle ODI.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, and Oracle RDBMS (11g or 12), along with Unix Shell scripting for high-volume data warehouses.
• Experience supporting ODI applications in production, including maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting, with familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE reports, and data modeling for business reporting. Familiarity with Oracle BI Apps, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Sales Analytics is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle ERP, CRM, and Marketing applications is desirable.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
