Job Opportunity: Venue Manager Weddingz (An OYO Venture)
Location: Multiple locations across India
Industry: Events, Weddings, Hospitality
Type: Full-time | 6 Days/Week (Weekends working, weekly off on Monday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with incoming customer leads via the calling app (50+ calls daily) and convert leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive profitability and meet business metrics through effective sales strategies.
  • Manage revenue generation and collections across multiple venues and packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and venue owners.
  • Ensure smooth on-ground operations and stakeholder coordination (internal & external).
  • Oversee event execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company.
  • Identify, negotiate, and optimize vendor partnerships under central team guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C/inside sales.
  • Prior experience in hospitality/events/weddings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and the respective local language.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned venues (travel reimbursement provided).
  • Must have:
    • Smartphone (Android 7+ with call recording; phone reimbursement applicable)
    • Windows 10 laptop (monthly device allowance provided)
    • Preferably own conveyance (2-wheeler)
  • Open to working 6 days a week, including weekends (week-off on Monday).
