Job summary

Decorpot is seeking a results-driven Vendor Manager to oversee supplier relationships and drive procurement decisions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contracts, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries to delight Decorpot customers.

The role requires proven vendor-management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to forecast, monitor, and report on supplier performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Manage vendor relationships, supplier / partner contracts and day-to-day relationships.
• Ensure hassle-free delivery experience to provide Decorpot customers with an unparalleled delivery experience.
• Own forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the business.
• Proven experience working as a vendor manager.
• Industry awareness is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• A flair for negotiation and networking.
• Experience in arranging sourcing carpenters, fan ceiling persons, electricians, granite, wallpaper fixing, gas fixing.
