Job summary

Allstate in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to design, develop, and support ABAP solutions in ECC/S/4HANA environments. You will build RICEFW components, expose OData services for SAP Fiori, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external apps.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in Classical ABAP, OO ABAP, ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Experience developing and consuming OData services (SEGW, Gateway).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SOAMANAGER configuration and web service management.
• Experience with SAP BTP and integration-related services.
• Strong knowledge of interfaces including IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and CDS Views.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP Gateway.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Nice to have: SAP Integration Suite / CPI.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents, unit test scripts, and deployment documentation.

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP development, integrations, and interface technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in ABAP development, OData services, APIs, SOAMANAGER configuration, SAP BTP, and integration interfaces across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
