Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Consultant to design, develop, and support SAP applications. The role emphasizes hands-on ABAP development, OOPs ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and performance optimization, with exposure to S/4HANA and RAP preferred.

You will build reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms, work with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and OData services, and collaborate with functional teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and delivery of ABAP-based solutions.
• Exposure to S/4HANA development and RAP is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL performance optimization and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Functional Consultants and deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions.
• Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF objects).
• Work on Classical, Interactive, ALV, and OO ALV reports.
• Develop and enhance Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Build and support Interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Proxies, OData Services, and Web Services.
• Develop CDS Views, AMDP, and Code Pushdown on SAP HANA.
• Work on Enhancements including User Exits, BAdIs, and Customer Exits.
• Perform performance tuning using SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis, and Code Inspector.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare technical design documents and ensure adherence to standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Consultant with strong expertise in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, OOPs ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, and performance optimization.
