Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in India is seeking a vehicle integration engineer responsible for vehicle-level integration of engine and powertrain systems, including engine mounts, intake and exhaust, turbocharger, cooling, fuel, lubrication, sensors and accessories. You will perform packaging, clearance, interface, routing, and CAD/DMU checks.

You will coordinate with Powertrain, Chassis, Body, Electrical, Thermal, Manufacturing, Quality and Suppliers, resolve fitment, NVH, thermal, vibration,

Responsibilities

• Responsible for vehicle-level integration of engine and powertrain systems.
• Work on integration of engine, engine mounts, intake & exhaust systems, turbocharger, cooling system, fuel system, lubrication system, sensors, and engine accessories.
• Perform packaging, clearance, interface, routing, and CAD/DMU checks.
• Coordinate with Powertrain, Chassis, Body, Electrical, Thermal, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.
• Resolve fitment, clash, NVH, thermal, vibration, and assembly-related issues.
• Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, validation, engineering changes, and issue closure.
• Ensure performance, durability, safety, manufacturability, and vehicle-level requirements are achieved.
