Job summary

Infosys is seeking a QA/Consulting specialist with strong Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault experience for PAN India projects. You will participate in problem definition, estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment within the consulting team.

You will evaluate alternatives, build POCs, and translate business needs into detailed functional designs while aligning with GxP/21 CFR guidelines and Agile practices. Pharma domain expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault packages in pharma projects.
• Hands-on testing across Veeva modules such as CRM, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Safety, and Commercial.
• Familiar with test management tools (Proton, qTest, Jira) and CSV/CSA guidelines.
• Knowledge of GxP/Non-GxP, 21 CFR guidelines, and GAMP processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of Infosys consulting team across problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives, perform literature/public-domain research, and build POCs.
• Create requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and draft detailed functional designs.

• Experienced in Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault packages.
• Handson Testing experience in various Veeva modules like CRM, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Safety, Commercial, etc
• Experienced in Test Management Tools like Proton, qTest, Jira.
• Experience and knowledge about CSV/CSA, GxP/Non-GxP, 21 CFR Guidelines, GAMP processes, etc.
• Experienced working in Agile projects.
• Good Communication and Experienced in Stakeholder management.

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
• You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
• You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
• You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
