Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
2. Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and ensure timely collections.
3. Analyze claims, identify issues, and take necessary action for resolution.
4. Work with insurance representatives to understand denials and rejections.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and claim statuses.
6. Adhere to HIPAA and compliance guidelines in handling patient information.

Requirements:

1. For AR Caller: Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare AR calling.
2. For Senior AR Caller: 2+ years of experience in AR calling with strong problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, insurance claims, and denial management.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Willingness to work night shifts.
