Mandate Skills Requirements:
- GSuite Workspace email Administration experience.
- Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Network Firewall and Switches – SonicWALL and CISCO Managed Switches.
- Windows Server Enterprises Administration – Active Directory, Group Policy, Terminal Server, FSRM, DNS server, and DHCP server.
- System Security: Sophos Enterprises Management, Zscaler VPN Cloud Security.
- Enterprises backup, recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
- Basic Information for Information Security Management System ISMS ISO27001:12013.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Information Technology service delivery, Infrastructure, desktop, and Servers for 450 PCs.
- Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity.
- Application support for internal requirements and future needs.
- Research and implement technological strategic solutions.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate issue results.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Identify problems and evaluate trends.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Take full ownership of IT Support procedures related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of the regional endpoint support functions.
- Ability to work well under challenges and keep up with a fast-moving environment via effective prioritization and time management.
Experience: Five or more years of IT work experience.
Certification: CCNA, MCSE, ITIL.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.
Location: Tiruchirapalli (Onsite).
