Job description

The job of a technical recruiter is to identify, screen, and qualify candidates for US IT positions. The recruiter also reviews, reformats, and presents resumes to hiring managers.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Responsible for handling IT requirements for our direct US-based clients.
2. Review and understand technical job requirements.
3. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
4. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met and follow up with candidates.
5. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
6. Sourcing from job portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, TechFetch, and Zip Recruiter), making job postings on the job portal.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
