Job summary

Toprankers in Bhopal is seeking a passionate VARC Faculty to teach and mentor CAT, CLAT and IPMAT aspirants in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension.

You will design content, conduct doubt-solving sessions, assess progress, and collaborate with academic teams to keep pedagogy innovative while maintaining a dynamic, student-focused classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar.
• Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or other aptitude exams is highly desirable.
• Excellent classroom communication, student engagement, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions for VARC tailored for CAT, CLAT & IPMAT students.
• Mentor students, track their performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Design and update content, practice materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with the latest exam patterns.
• Conduct doubt‑solving sessions and strategy workshops to enhance student exam readiness.
