Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security and take appropriate action to resolve issues or escalate them to senior administrator.
• Assist in the implementation and management of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain inventory records of hardware, software, licenses, and other IT assets.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users, responding to their inquiries and resolving system-related problems promptly and professionally.
• Educate and guide users on basic system operations and best practices.
• Support network equipment installations, upgrades, and configurations.
• Assist in managing network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Prepare reports and summaries on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Required to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
