Business Analyst - Logistics & Supply Chain - Agile

Responsibilities

1. Partnering with business stakeholders to narrow in on the problems and goals.
2. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
3. Responsible for technical backlog management, prioritization, and evaluation.
4. Closely work with Scrum team(s) to ensure time-boxed achievement of impeccable technical, nonfunctional features and functionality of the product and platform.
5. Take lead of scrum teams as Technical Product Owner and manage multiple scrum teams.
6. Prepare functional-technical solutions that fulfill the requirements and add value to the product feature set.
7. Provide direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders with a clear roadmap.
8. Familiar with web-application technologies/standards such as React, REST, node.js, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
9. Experience with Lean-Agile software development principles and practices.
10. Create Epics and Stories, ensuring development teams understand purpose and objectives.
11. Prioritize Stories in a product backlog according to business needs and value.
12. Support technical design process by defining user journeys, preparing/guiding wireframes, and identifying technical solutions with the best practices of the latest API frameworks.
13. Convert solutions for epics into features that are defined and refined within the product/platform backlog.
14. Effectively manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories and technical acceptance criteria.
15. Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
16. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.

Requirements

1. Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high-quality business analytics solutions for project stakeholders.
2. Good to have functional domain knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain & Payments.
3. Engage with end-users and client users to identify, develop, document, validate, and endorse the requirements of their unit.
4. Demonstrate Agile behaviors that emphasize collaboration, delivery, reflection, and improvement.
5. Deliver internal training for new features to team members and end-users by identifying needs, preparing materials, and delivering as needed.
6. Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog.
7. Work with product managers and epic owners to develop business cases, as required.
8. Provide multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and coaching to define business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases.
9. Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement.
10. Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timeline.
11. Assist with the elaboration of user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required.
12. Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals.
13. Participate in the creation of low or high-fidelity prototypes.
14. Keep abreast with DevOps Best practices, Continuous Integration Pipeline, Agile/Scrum best practices, and new development trends.
