A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes focusing on IT and Non-IT profiles. The successful candidate will have experience in low-cost hiring channels and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹13,360.00 to ₹20,000.00 per month.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle of open positions
· Understand the JD thoroughly by connecting with hiring managers and share market insights on talent pool availability for each role
· Working on IT-60% and 40% on Non-IT profiles.
· Sourcing and screening relevant profiles to check fitment as per JD
· Managing entire interview process
· Leverage on sourcing through low cost hiring channels, professional networking platforms, etc to manage internal costs
· Build a healthy talent pool so as to close positions within the stipulated TAT
· Joining formalities on new hires.
· Timely MIS and reporting on hiring updates for business and HR leaders
· Build and continuously develop recruitment process to match best practice recruitment approaches.
Skills Required
· End to End Recruitment experience.
· Having sound experience in IT recruitment.
· Strong expertise in hiring through low cost channels like job portals, LinkedIn, networking, etc
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Should possess ability to handle volume hiring as and when required
· Exhibit complete ownership of candidates from interviews to offer till date of joining ensuring zero candidate drop out
· Excellent time management skills so as to ensure closures within TAT
