Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. He/she will be responsible for keywords generation and sourcing resumes of H1B Visa holders and GC holders in the US market.
2. Analyze the consultant resume, understand the skill set, and check the market need.
3. Screen candidates to match the client and vendor requirements.
4. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate the placement of candidates.
5. Responsible for increasing the number of qualified applicants in the database.
6. Get a modified resume and skill matrix of the consultant before sending it to the client and vendor.
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets.
8. Ensure the qualities of our company standards during recruitment are met.

Job Requirements:

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in the End-End Recruitment Life Cycle in the US Market.
2. Sound understanding of requirements and generating keywords based on the requirements.
3. Very high sourcing skills from job portals.
4. High experience in working with job portals like Dice and Monster.
5. High exposure to working in LinkedIn and other free portals to source resumes and get references.
6. Sound knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, C2H, and W2) for placing H1B consultants.
7. Ability to assess the technical skills and commitment of the consultant.
8. Strong communicator in English with strong negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: From ₹12,000.00 per month
